It seems an unlikely combination - an inhaler to clear stuffy noses and an applicator for insect repellent, both containing menthol eucalyptus - but I'm glad I packed it. Travelling by jeep through the South Luangwa is spectacular, but two things do their best to sabotage your enjoyment - tsetse flies and dust, both of which seemed magnetically drwn to me. The inhaler cleared the unmentionable gunk from my nose each day. The insect-bite applicator did little to soothe the raging itch of the tsetse bites but was good for mossie attacks.
Pros: Small potent enough to clear very clogged noses
Cons: Tingled like hell and made me smell like a Polo

(available from Tesco, Holland and Barrett and Superdrug) Tiffy contains menthol oil, eucalyptus oil and peppermint oil. Pop one in your handbag for emergencies.
